Rainbow Blesser

Rainbow Blesser is one of those truly mystical paintings that I have painted by simply having no preconceived ideas of what to paint before I started.

Before I began to paint, I did my ceremonial Prayer and meditation, burned sacred essences from the earth and used music and drumming to call in specific energies of Love and Light.

The white profile of the God-head at the top of the painting, along with the vertebra surrounding the spinal cord was literally already there after my initial lay out of paint. A slight image of the Mayan profile, as well as the fetus was also there, but needed to be defined more.

I used grinding corn in the paint as an offering and blessing to the Spirit of the painting. I painted the chakra colors on the spinal cord and around the fetus to infuse the colors of the rainbow into the magic of the spiritual message in the painting.
The hand represents the healing power that comes through touch, and I put the six-pointed star in the palm with the downward triangle shown as the heart. The six- pointed star is one of the most ancient symbols used in sacred geometry to represent the secret design of creation. In the center of the palm are five corn pieces, representing the five pointed star, another symbol of sacred geometry representing magic.

The stairs in my paintings represent the symbol of our infinite ascendance. Upon the stairway in this painting there appeared a lion, which represents the courage needed to walk along the higher path. Then there were also trees to depict the ancient tree of knowledge which we must honor and learn from in order to mature to our higher nature of compassion and goodness.

The Rainbow Blesser's blessing is to bring all tribes and all colors together as one song in the Uni-verse-all symphony of life, as we are truly all one cosmic family. I pray for healing and love to manifest on Earth for our children's future, so they may carry on the circle of life in a good way!
